文章整理李斌教授运用六经辨证治疗皮肤病的学术思想,对各经主方主证治疗皮肤疾病进行分析,可知其从六经辨证入手,善用经方,辨证与辨病相结合,取得确切的疗效。丘疹性荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿、急性期湿疹、红斑鳞屑性皮肤病等因风邪犯表、营卫不和的疾病多从太阳经辨治;脂溢性皮炎、红皮病、丘疹脓疱型酒渣鼻等肺胃有热诸疾可自阳明经辨治;与情志不畅相关,易于反复发作的疾病如慢性荨麻疹、痤疮、慢性湿疹等可由少阳经辨治;伴有消化系统症状的皮肤病多从太阴经论治;辨为心肾不交的皮肤病可从少阴经论治;顽固性痤疮、丘疹等辨识为寒热错杂、肺热脾寒之病能由厥阴经论治。

It was collated professor LI Bin's academic thoughts in treating dermatosis with syndrome differentiation of six channels theory and analyzed the main prescription and principal syndrome of each meridian in treating dermatosis.Proceed with with the syndrome differentiation of the six channels and the ingenious applications of classical prescription,it was capable of achieving definite curative effect.Papular urticaria,angioneurotic edema,acute eczema,ythroderma desquamativum and dermatosis caused of superficies attacked by wind and disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi could be classified as Taiyang syndrome.Seborrheic dermatitis,erythroderma and papules pustules type rosacea and skin diseases which were caused of lung and stomach hotness were classified as Yangming syndrome.Skin diseases related to feelings or prone to recur,such as chronic urticaria,acne and psoriasiswere classified as Shaoyang syndrome.Skin diseases with gastrointestinal symptom were classified as Taiyin syndrome.Skin diseases caused of heart-kidney imbalance were classified as Shaoyin syndrome.Stubborn acne,papule and skin diseases which were caused of the cold-heat complex and lung heat with deficiency cold of spleen were classified as Jueyin syndrome.
