Discussion on the differentiation and treatment of distention and fullness

痞满为临床常见病,临床以"一气周流"理论认识本病,本病生之源在于脾胃,失其贯上达下而成痞塞;其成缘由责于心肾,二火失其照临蕴蒸之能,阴霾四布而作痞满;其形成之患在于肝肺,左右升降道路闭塞,失其气机轮旋、一气通达之道而病发。临床治之,应重视斡旋中焦、调整先天水火、轮旋左右气机,使中枢斡旋畅达,君火相火往来无间,木升金降,左右升降有序,一气周身流转,不特治痞满,而痞满自消,临床应用效佳,值得临床推广应用。

Distention and fullness was a common disease.The theory of ‘thought about the circulation of qi' was the clinical understanding of it.This disease was derived from the spleen and stomach,which was the cause of stagnation.Meanwhile,the formation was related to the heart and kidney.The two fire lost the warm function,so the haze spread around the body.The cause of this disease was in the liver and lung.The left and right lift road was blocked.The way of qi turbine wheel rotation and qi access was lost.Clinical treatment should pay attention to the mediation of sanjiao,the adjusting of the congenital water and fire,the rotating movement of qi on the left and right.So,the central mediation body was unobstructed.The fire of monarch and chancellor exchanged together.The wood was rising and the metal was down.The movement of qi on the left and right was orderly,and the qi in the body was circulated.This method needed not to treat the fullness of the abdomen,but the fullness could be eliminated.The clinical application was good,and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
