变应性鼻炎中医定名考辨

Texfual research and discussion on the nomenclature of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine

变应性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见病,中医一般将对应的病症定名为"鼻鼽",有少数学者主张采用"鼽嚏"等名称。两者各有优劣。文章简要梳理中医对变应性鼻炎的认识与定名过程,并尝试从名词术语规范化与标准化角度加以剖析,认为从名词术语定名的主要原则之一科学性考虑,"鼽嚏"更适合作为本病的中医对等术语。

Allergic rhinitis is a common disease of otolaryngology.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),allergic rhinitis is commonly referred to as Biqiu,however,a few scholars advocate the use of Qiuti and other names.This article briefly summarizes the TCM understanding of allergic rhinitis and naming process,and try to analyze the process from the perspective of terminology standardization.The conclusion is that,taking into account one of the most important terminology of nomenclature: scientific,Qiuti is more suitable as the TCM equivalent terms of this disease.
