神经保护剂联合中成药治疗急性脑梗死疗效及安全性评价的研究思路

脑血管病以其高发病率、高复发率和高致残率的特点,在国内致死疾病因中高居榜首,严重危害着人类的健康和生活。急性脑梗死是最常见的卒中类型。预防继发性脑损伤和减少残疾的神经保护剂是治疗脑梗死主要手段之一。中药多层次、多靶点、多途径的特点对治疗脑梗死具有独特优势。文章总结近年来神经保护剂及中成药防治脑梗死的作用机制及应用,提出神经保护剂联合中成药治疗急性脑梗死的实验及临床研究思路,为神经保护剂联合中成药治疗脑梗死研究提供参考。

Because of its high incidence rate,high recurrence rate and high disability rate,cerebral infarction topped the list of leading cause of death.It seriously endangered the health and life of human beings.Acute cerebral infarction is the most common stroke type.Prevention of secondary brain injury and reducing the disability of the neuroprotective agent was one of the main therapiesin treating cerebral infarction.Chinese materia medica had many advantages,such as multi-level,multi-target and multi pathways,which had an unique advantage in the treatment of cerebral infarction.It was summarized the mechanism and application of neuroprotective agents and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction in recent years.It was put forward the experimental and clinical research ideas and provided referencesfor neuroprotective agents combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
