基于护场理论探讨宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒感染的机制及治疗

Discussion on mechanism and treatment of cervical HPV infection based on the nursing field theory

基于中医外科学的护场理论,中医认为宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染及宫颈病变发生发展的关键因素可能与人体护场的破坏密切相关。而目前现代医学尚无根除宫颈HPV感染的方法,对宫颈病变往往采用过度治疗,进一步破坏了人体的护场。现代研究进展发现,中医理论的护场与现代肿瘤学的肿瘤微环境及免疫功能具有相通之处。中医在治疗宫颈HPV感染的过程中,当基于护场理论进行全身宏观辨证与局部微观辨证论治,并且应用护场理论来指导现代对宫颈病变微创治疗的手术范围,以期彻底根除HPV病毒,并减少不良反应的发生。

Based on nursing field theory in Chinese Surgery,Chinese medicine think the key factor of cervical HPV infection and the development of cervical lesions may be the destroy of the body ‘protective field'.The eradication of cervical HPV infection is currently no solution from modern medicine,and the treatment of cervical lesions are often found in overtreatment,which further damage the body's ‘Shield'.Combined with modern research progress,it was found that ‘Shield' in traditional Chinese medicine theory and tumor microenvironment and immune function in modern oncology had some similarities.In the treatment of cervical HPV infection,systemic macroscopic syndrome differentiation and local microscopicsyndrome differentiation and treatment were used in Chinese medicine based on the nursing field theory,and the application of modern nursing field theory guided the operation range of minimally invasive treatment of cervical lesions,in order to completely eradicate HPV virus and reduce side effects.
