龟鹿二仙胶治疗骨关节炎的研究概况

骨关节炎是常见病、多发病,同时是难治性疾病。中医将本病病机归纳为"肝肾亏虚为本,气滞、血瘀、痰湿凝聚为标",通过运用"补肝肾、强筋骨、活血、祛瘀、止痛"等中药来治疗骨关节炎,龟鹿二仙胶切中本病肝肾亏虚之本,已经在临床实践中取得肯定的疗效。文章将对龟鹿二仙胶治疗骨关节炎的实验研究情况作出概述,以便为中医治疗骨关节炎临床用药提供借鉴和思路。

Osteoarthritis is a common,frequently occurring disease,and at the same time it is an intractable disease.In TCM,the pathogenesis of this disease is that dual deficiency of kidney and liver is root cause,and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm-dampness are manifestation.Osteoarthritis can be treated by using traditional Chinese medicine,which can ‘tonify liver and kidney,strengthen sinew and bone,activate blood,eliminate stasis,and relieve pain'.Aiming at the root pathogenesis of liver and kidney deficiency,Guilu Erxian Glue had positive curative effect in clinical practice.This article will make an outline of the experiment of Guilu Erxian Glue in the treatment of osteoarthritis,to provide a reference and idea for clinical medicine of TCM treatment of osteoarthritis.
