330例学龄前儿童体质类型与舌色色度相关性研究

Study on the correlation between constitution types and lingual colorimetric characteristic of 330 preschoolers

目的:探讨学龄前儿童体质分型与舌色色度的关系。方法:采用舌面一体仪记录分析330例3-6岁儿童的舌色色度并采集辨识其体质信息,比较不同体质学龄前儿童舌色色度。结果:气虚质组舌质的R、G、B、V值明显大于湿热质组、痰湿质组及阴虚质组(P<0.01,P<0.05);痰湿质组舌质的R、G、B、V值明显小于阳虚质组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。气虚质组舌苔的R、G、B、V值明显大于痰湿质组(P<0.01)。结论:舌色色度与体质类型存在相关性,中医舌面一体仪能为学龄前儿童中医体质分类提供一定的客观依据。

Objective: To investigate the correlation between TCM constitution types and lingual colorimetric characteristic.Methods: The characteristics of tongue images of 330 children aged 3 to 6 years were recorded and analyzed by the tongue-surface apparatus,and their constitution information was also collected,in order to compare the tongue color of different constitution of preschoolers.Results: The levels of R,G,B and V of the tongue body of qi deficiency constitution group were significantly higher than those in the dampness-heat constitution group,phlegm-dampness constitution group and yin deficiency constitution group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with the group of yang deficiency constitution of tongue body,there were obvious decreasing on the R,G,B and V indexes in the group of phlegm-dampness constitution group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The R,G,B and V indexes of the tongue coating of qi deficiency constitution group were significantly higher than those in the phlegm-dampness constitution group(P<0.01).Conclusion: There is a correlation between the lingual colorimetric characteristics and the type of constitution,and the tongue-surface apparatus can provide a certain objective basis for the classification of TCM constitution for preschoolers.
