基于脾胃学说防治慢性复杂性疾病的思考

慢性复杂性疾病是现代社会面临的主要医学难题,通过探讨慢性复杂性疾病的中医病因病机,提出该病与中医内伤杂病之间具有相关性,脾胃虚弱或脾胃失调是慢性复杂性疾病的共性病机。防治慢性复杂性疾病的着眼点在脾胃,运用脾胃学说防治慢性复杂性疾病中的心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、恶性肿瘤等具有重要的临床意义和价值,值得进一步研究。

Chronic complex diseases is the main medical problem in modern society. By exploring the cause of disease and pathogenesis of TCM of chronic complexity disease, it is proposed that the disease is related to the endogenous complex diseases of TCM, and deficiency of spleen and stomach or spleen-stomach disorder are the common pathogenesis of chronic complex disease. The prevention and treatment of chronic complex diseases is focus on spleen and stomach. The application of spleen and stomach theory to prevent and cure chronic complex disease such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and malignant tumors, etc., has important clinical significance and value, which is worthy to further study.
