女性生理以经血为先,以生殖为己任,"任通冲盛"是女性生殖生理核心。冲任学说既是女性月经生理的基础,也是女性生殖生理的基石,其遵循"肾气盛,天癸至,任脉通,太冲脉盛,胞宫'脏’'腑’转化有序"的基本内涵。对"天癸""任通冲盛"及"月事以时下"等的新诠释对丰富中医冲任理论的内容、指导医学实践有重要意义。

Thoroughfare and conception channels theory is not only the basis of female menstrual physiology, but also the cornerstone of female reproductive physiology. It follows the basic connotation of sufficient kidney qi, kidney-essence for promoting reproductive function beginning to take effect, unobstructed conception vessel, taichong channel filled, the uterus ‘Zang-fu viscera’ transform orderly. New interpretations such as ‘tian gui’ ‘abundant thoroughfare vessel with unobstructed conception vessel’ and ‘regular menstrual cycle’ are of great significance to enrich the content of thoroughfare and conception channels theory of TCM and guide medical practice.
