治太阴法在肾脏病治疗中的重要性及运用探讨

Discussion on the importance and application of regulating Taiyin in treating kidney diseases

张仲景六经辨证开创了中医辨证论治之先河,六经钤百病,六经辨证在复杂的肾脏疾病治疗中发挥重要作用。手足太阴病以太阴不运、通调失职为主要病理特征,涉及气血生成、运行失常及水液代谢紊乱,与现代肾脏疾病关系密切。文章根据太阴特性,提出通降、健运、补益太阴等治法方药,探讨治太阴法在临床的运用。

Syndrome differentiation of six channels theory pioneered treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The six channels is an important role in the treatment of complex kidney disease. The main pathogenesis of Taiyin diseases are characterized by either failure of Taiyin in transportation or dysfunction of Taiyin in regulating. They are usually manifested with abnormal generation and movement of qi and blood, and disturbed metabolism of body fluid, which are believed to be closely related to renal disease in the perspective of modern medicine. According to the characteristics of Taiyin, this article puts forword the treatment methods such as ‘freeing and regulating, activating, reinforcing Taiyin, discusses the clinical application of the treatment of moderating Taiyin.
