刺络祛瘀的应用探讨

刺络祛瘀是治疗血瘀证的主要手段,在应用时,其疗效往往不局限于祛瘀。文章根据瘀血病因的不同,论述通过刺络祛瘀达到调理气血、温经散寒、消肿止痛的目的。因气致瘀者,病情多与情志有关,治疗当祛瘀理气,采用刺络祛瘀法放出瘀血,配合针刺调气活血,并嘱患者畅情志,使气机畅达,瘀血不生;因寒致瘀者,多表现为遇寒加重,治疗宜祛瘀散寒,采用刺络祛瘀配合透灸法,使经络通,寒邪散;因外伤致瘀者,多有局部青紫、疼痛肿胀,治疗当祛瘀消肿,采用刺络祛瘀法放出黑色的瘀血,配合针刺,使瘀得散,肿得消。

Pricking blood for dispelling stasis is the main method for treating syndrome of blood stasis, when applied, its curative effect is often not limited to dispel stasis. According to the different causes of blood stasis, this paper discusses the purpose of regulating qi and blood, warming channel for dispelling cold, detumescence and relieving pain by pricking blood for dispelling stasis. The condition of patients with qi-induced stasis is mostly related to their emotion, the treatment should be removing blood stasis and regulating qi, using the method of pricking collateral vessel and removing blood stasis to release blood stasis, cooperate with acupuncture to regulate qi and promote blood circulation, and ask the patient to regulate the emotions, so that the qi movement is unobstructed and the blood stasis is not produced. The condition of patients with cold-induced stasis are often shown to be aggravated by cold, the treatment should be dispelling stasis and dispersing cold, pricking blood for dispelling stasis combined moxibustion was used for removing obstruction in channel and collateral, and dispelling cold. The condition of patients with stasis caused by trauma mostly have local skin cyanosis, pain and swelling, treatment should be removing stasis and swelling, the method of pricking collaterals and removing blood stasis was used to release black blood stasis, combined with acupuncture, so that blood stasis is dispersed and swelling is eliminated.
