中医特色康复优势及发展策略研究

Study advantages and development strategies of rehabilitation by TCM therapy

中医特色康复伴随中医学的建立而产生,具有丰富的理论优势和独特的临床优势,其"简、便、廉、验"的治疗特点,深受广大医生和患者欢迎,在康复医疗中发挥了重大作用。然而,随着老龄化社会到来、疾病谱变化、慢性病井喷等原因,中医特色康复的学科状态与人才结构已不能适应时代需要,发展中医特色康复逐渐成为国家战略。文章拟通过对中医特色康复现状和问题的分析、理论和临床优势的阐述,探讨中医特色康复的发展之道,并据此给出相关建议,从而进一步推进中医特色康复的理论建设和学科发展。

Born with the establishment of TCM, rehabilitation by TCM therapy has abundant theoretical advantages andunique clinical advantages. Because of its ‘simple, convenient, cheap and effective’ treatment characteristics, rehabilitation by TCMtherapy that is popular with doctors and patients has played an important role in rehabilitation treatment. However, the developmentof rehabilitation by TCM therapy has gradually become a national strategy because of the discipline status and talent structure ofrehabilitation by TCM therapy can no longer meet the needs of the times due to the arrival of the aging society, changes of diseasespectrum and chronic diseases blowout. By analyzing current situation and existing problems and elaborating theoretical and clinicaladvantages, this paper intends to discuss development way of rehabilitation by TCM therapy, and give some suggestions accordinglyto further promote theoretical construction and discipline development of rehabilitation by TCM therapy.
