激素依赖性皮炎的中医治疗进展

Progress of TCM treatment in hormone-dependent dermatitis

激素依赖性皮炎是长期不当外用糖皮质激素造成的皮炎,随着医美市场的发展和美容需求的上升,激素依赖性皮炎发病率日益增高。中医治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效佳,少反复,近年来成为中医皮肤科研究热点。文章综述了近年来激素依赖性皮炎中医治疗的病因病机,辨证论治,以及代表性中药内外治法、针灸及自血疗法,体现了中医治疗激素依赖性皮炎的特色与优势,分析了本病外治法的发展前景,为中医诊治激素依赖性皮炎提供参考。

Hormone dependent dermatitis (HDD) is a kind of skin disease caused by using corticosteroid ointment inappropriately. Along with the development of medical cosmetology and rising demand for beauty, the incidence rate of HDD is increasing day by day. For its good therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate, traditional Chinese medicine treatment on acute hormone dependence dermatitis has become a hot area of research in recent years. This article summarized etiology and pathogenesis syndrome differentiation and characteristic therapeutic method of HDD, which reflected the advantages of TCM in treating HDD. In conclusion, this symposium analyzed the development prospect of external therapy and provided a reference to treating HDD in the way of traditional Chinese medicine.
