浅议“针而不灸,灸而不针”和“温针灸” 被引量:32

摘要 文章通过针刺、灸法和温针灸的作用特点和机制,阐释"针而不灸,灸而不针"和"温针灸"的实际内涵。针刺、灸法联合运用时,在启动因子、启动效应、信息通路及中枢信息整合方面存在相互干扰甚至拮抗的作用;温针灸是针上加灸的一种独立疗法,它的作用特点和机制不完全同于针灸并用或针灸合用。针灸同用、针灸并用在一定条件下会产生相互干扰甚至拮抗的作用,故"针而不灸,灸而不针";温针灸是机械刺激和热刺激复合成一种新的刺激从而产生新作用的疗法。 Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of the theory of ‘needles without moxibustion, moxibustion without needles’ and ‘warming needle moxibustion’. Methods: Through the characteristics and mechanisms of acupuncture, moxibustion and warming needle moxibustion, the actual connotation of ‘needles without moxibustion, moxibustion without needles’ and ‘warming needle moxibustion’ were explained. Results: When acupuncture and moxibustion were used in combination, there was a mutual interference and even antagonism in the initiation factor, priming effect, information pathway and central information integration. Warm needle moxibustion was an independent therapy, its function and mechanism are not exactly the same as acupuncture, moxibustion combined use. Conclusion: Acupuncture, moxibustion combined use would produce mutual interference and even antagonistic effect under certain conditions. Therefore, the theory of ‘needles without moxibustion, moxibustion without needles’ should be followed. Warm needle moxibustion was a therapy that combines mechanical and thermal stimuli into a new stimulus that produces new effects.
