基于共享系统的607例人类免疫缺陷病毒精神障碍患者中医证候调查研究

Investigation of TCM syndromes of 607 cases of human immunodeficiency virus with mental disorder based on sharing system

目的:观察607例人类免疫缺陷病毒精神障碍患者中医临床证候,探讨该类患者的中医证候特点及辨证分型。方法:观察607例AIDS患者的症状体征及中医证候分布特点,进行统计学分析,分析人类免疫缺陷病毒精神障碍患者的证候学特点。结果:607例患者中神经系统症状统计由高到低频次依次为健忘、烦躁、头痛等;中医临床症状依次为:乏力、腰膝酸软、口干等;虚证证型依次为气虚湿阻、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚等。实证证型依次为肝郁气滞、气郁痰凝等。结论:此类患者中医证型以气虚及阴虚多见。

Objective: To observe 607 cases of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) with mental disorders in TCM clinical syndromes, investigation the TCM syndrome characteristics of these patients and dialectical. Methods: To observe the signs and symptoms of 607 cases of AIDS patients and TCM syndromes distribution characteristic, the data were analyzed by method of statistics, and the syndrome characteristics of HIV Patients with mental disorder ware analyzed. Results: Among 607 patients, the frequency of symptoms from high to low was forgetfulness and agitation, weakness, weakness of waist and knee, dry mouth, headache, palpitation, depression and so on;the order of syndromes is qi deficiency and dampness obstruction, deficiency of both qi and yin, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, etc. Conclusion: This type of patients mainly have qi deficiency or yin deficiency syndromes.
