天癸理论的研究分析

Research and analysis of theory of tian gui

天癸始见于《素问·上古天真论篇》。其后各医家对其不断补充,天癸理论日臻完善。但由于诸子百家众说纷纭,天癸理论的内涵亦越发模糊。文章通过整理分析古代历代医家论述天癸的文献,综合现代医学对天癸理论的研究,对天癸的源流、生理病理及现代研究进展进行阐述,以拓展天癸理论的研究范畴,充分发挥其在临床上的指导作用。

Tian gui was first found in Shanggu Tianzhen Lun of Suwen. Since then, with the doctors had added to it, the theory of tian gui was being perfected. However, due to the various opinions of various people, the connotation of the theory of tian gui was also becoming more and more obscure. Through the analysis of the literatures of the ancient doctors in ancient times and comprehensive modern medicine research on theory of tian gui, this paper elaborated on the origin, physiologic and pathology and modern research progress of tian gui, which extended the research scope of theory of tian gui and given full play to its guiding role in clinical practice.
