胸痹作为中老年人的常见病、多发病,日益威胁着广大中老年人群的身心健康。根据胸痹常见体质类型分布的流行病学调查得知:气虚质、血瘀质、痰湿质、阳虚质为胸痹的易患体质,文章论述了这4种体质人群的体质特征、易发胸痹的病机、临床表现,并总结了这4种体质类型胸痹的辨体-辨病-辨证三辨诊疗模式的方药临证要点。

As a common and frequent disease occurred in the elderly people, chest impediment is increasing becoming a threat to the physical and mental health of the elderly population. According to the epidemiological survey on the distribution of common constitution types of qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm dampness, yang deficiency were susceptible constitutions of chest impediment. This paper discussed the characteristics of patients of these four constitutions, pathogenesis of chest impediment and clinical symptoms, and also summarized the key points of diagnosis and treatment by the model of constitution differentiationdisease differentiation-pattern differentiation in treating chest impediment patients.
