摘要
泄泻是以大便次数增多,粪质稀薄,甚至泻出如水样为临床特征的一种脾胃肠病证,四季均可见,夏秋多发,得治多数日可愈,若久病未治或治疗不当,则病情缠绵,甚则危及生命。而吴中地处江南,气候温暖潮湿,故易致以湿为主因的泄泻多发。吴中医家治疗泄泻的相关论述在明清时期呈指数增长,明末清初吴中名医张璐擅从五脏论治泄泻,其对泄泻病因的认识和治法用药皆有独到之处。文章通过研究张璐现存代表著作中有关泄泻的医论医案、方药组成及相关论述,探讨张氏从五脏论治泄泻之治法及用药特色,以期为临床泄泻治疗提供借鉴。
Diarrhea is a kind of spleen and gastrointestinal disease with clinical characteristics as increased frequency of stools, thin feces, and even diarrhea such as water samples. It can be seen in all seasons especially in summer and autumn.Most diarrhea patients can be cured in a few days, but if cure is undeserved or not enough treatment, the state of it will be chronic even lead to life-threatening. Wuzhong is located in Southeast China with the warm and humid climate, which contributes to the increased possibility of diarrhea that mainly caused by dampness pathogen. The discussion about the treatment of diarrhea by Wuzhong doctors has grown exponentially during the Ming and Qing dynasties. In this period, a famous doctor called ZHANG Lu, who has unique understanding in cause of diarrhea and treatment, is good at treating diarrhea from five organs. By studying medical cases, prescription composition and related discussion about diarrhea in existing representative books of ZHANG Lu, the article discussed treatment methods and medication characteristics of diarrhea from five organs in order to provide reference for clinical diarrhea treatment.
