This paper summarized the academic thoughts and clinical experience of LIU Jing-yuan, a famous contemporary pathologist, from four aspects: the theory that man is an integral part of nature and the identification system as a whole;the fusion used to distinguish classical laws and the flexibility use of classical laws;the corresponding of prescription and syndrome, and the good treatment of complex diseases;on the treatment of warm diseases, there are many unique inventions. His academic thoughts and clinical characteristics of warm disease have a profound influence and important contribution to the study and study of warm disease, so it is worthy of further study.
