摘要
肖相如教授应用地黄汤治疗反复发作、经久不愈的偏头痛效果显著。文章通过病案举例的方法,论治应用地黄汤治疗久病偏头痛,肖相如教授认为经久不愈、反复发作的偏头痛,其病机多为肾虚水饮冲逆,治疗上以地黄汤为基础方加减,效果显著。
Professor XIAO Xiang-ru’s has a significant effect in treating migraine which is recurrent attackshas and prolonged migraine with Dihuang Decoction. Through the case for example, discussing the application of Dihuang Decoction for the treatment of migraine. Professor XIAO Xiang-ru studies the Dihuang Decoction for many years, he believes that the recurrent and prolonged migraine is mainly caused by kidney deficiency lead to upward movement of qi and water. The treatment is based on modified Dihuang Decoction with remarkable effect.
