补肾法辅治体外受精-胚胎移植的研究进展

Research progress of tonifying kidney assisted therapy for IVF-ET

近年来,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)因二胎政策的开放以及不孕症发生率的上升,发展迅速。肾为先天之本,主藏精,补肾中药在调经、治疗不孕症等方面有着广泛的应用。中医药基于补肾在协同干预IVF-ET方面有独特的优势,文章从IVF-ET常规过程及其并发症的病因病机、临床常用方剂及研究等方面进行归纳及分析,阐述补肾法在IVF-ET常规处理过程中的应用规律及研究概况,旨在为临床提供用药思路。

In recent years,in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)has developed rapidly due to the opening of the second child policy and the rising incidence of infertility.The kidney is congenital origin,storing the essence.Chinese materia medica of tonifying kidney is widely used in the treatment of infertility,menstrual disorders and other diseases.Based on tonifying kidney,traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the intervention of IVF-ET.This paper summarized and analyzed from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of IVF-ET,conventional process,complications,clinical prescriptions and research,etc.The application regularity and research situation of kidney-tonifying method in IVF-ET routine treatment were expounded,in order to provide ideas for clinical medication.
