从阴阳六气角度论经筋

Discussion on the tendon meridian from the perspective of yin-yang and six climatic factors

为使经筋理论还原出中医本来的面貌,避免过多的将其现代化和解剖化,现通过对传统的中医思维模式进行探讨,从六气的原始形式和其生成变化两方面对经筋的生理现象进行阐述,从经筋循行部位的阴阳变化和疾病部位的阴阳表现来解释经筋的病理变化。通过对风寒暑湿燥火六气的生成异常对经筋的影响,以及阴阳六气的内外失衡所引起的经筋痹痛和筋急与筋纵的症状进行讨论,从阴阳六气动态变化的整体角度去看待经筋,将对经筋理论有新的认识,同时对临床上疾病的诊疗也有一定的指导意义。

In order to restore the theory of tendon meridian to the original appearance of traditional Chinese medicine,and avoid excessive modernization and dissection, this paper discusses the traditional thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the physiological phenomena of tendon meridian is expounded from the original form of six climatic factors and its formation and change. It explains the pathological changes of tendon meridian from the changes of yin and yang in the meridians and the yin and yang manifestations in the disease position. Through the discussion of the influence of the abnormal formation of six climatic factors, wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire on the tendon meridian and the symptoms of warp arthralgia and tension and relaxation of tendon meridian caused by internal and external imbalances of yinyang and six climatic factors are discussed. To view tendon meridian from the overall perspective of dynamic changes of yin-yang and six climatic factors will provide a new understanding of tendon meridian theory, at the same time, it also has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
