天容穴治疗偏头痛医理略考

偏头痛是临床常见疾病,在临床中针灸治疗偏头痛选穴考究,疗效确切。在所选腧穴中目前有多篇临床研究认为天容穴对偏头痛疗效肯定,但是天容穴作为手太阳小肠经的腧穴,其选穴依据缺少相应的中医理论依据。文章对天容穴主治病候及现代理论进行考究,通过分析其经脉归属问题在从古至今存在的争议,进一步结合所属争议经脉的循行、相关经别理论以及各争议经脉所主病候进行综合分析,为天容穴治疗偏头痛在临床中应用提供了理论依据。

Migraineis a common disease in clinic, the acupoint selection method is high quality and the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion is definite. Many clinical study affirmed the curative effect of acupoint Tianrong(SI17) in treating migraine, while the selection basis of treating point Tianrong(SI17) lacks theoretical evidence because it belongs to the small intestine meridian of hand-taiyang. The paper comprehensively analysis the major therapeutic symptoms and modern theory of point Tianrong(SI17) by analyzing the problem of its meridian attribution in the disputes from ancient times to the present,combining with the controversial meridian route, theory of meridian branch and symptoms of the controversial meridian, in order to provide some reliable evidence in its clinical application of treating migraine.
