Service objects and categories of traditional Chinese medicine health management

中医健康管理以中医状态学理论为依据,以大健康背景下的所有人为服务对象,关注个体人或群体的生命全过程中的健康状态,以实现为全人群提供全方位、生命全周期的健康服务。文章分析处于不同生命周期、不同生存条件和不同健康状态的人的健康需求,为提供个性化的服务奠定基础。中医健康管理服务涵盖临床前、临床中、临床后,包括未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变、瘥后防复,具有广覆盖、低成本和高品质的特点。

Based on the state theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the TCM health management takes all people in the background of general health as the object of service and pays attention to the health status of individual or group in the whole life process, so as to provide all-round, life-cycle health services for the whole population. By analyzing the health needs of people in different life cycles, living conditions and health conditions, this paper lays a foundation for providing personalized services. TCM health management service covers pro-clinical, clinical and post-clinical, including disease prevention, treatment of will-be-sick, preventing disease from exacerbating and prevention of recurrence after illness, with the character of wide coverage,low cost, high quality.
