循经取穴推拿手法结合圆利针法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清指标、疼痛情况及生活质量的影响

Effects of acupressure along meridian manipulation combined with round sharp needle acupuncture on serum index, pain situation and quality of life in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:分析腰椎间盘突出症患者行循经取穴推拿手法结合圆利针法治疗对血清指标、疼痛情况及生活质量产生的影响。方法:收集99例于2015年7月至2016年12月入院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据治疗措施差异分作3组,每组33例,对照1组施予圆利针法治疗,对照2组施予循经取穴推拿手法治疗,研究组施予循经取穴推拿手法结合圆利针法治疗,分析各组血清指标、疼痛情况及生活质量。结果:施予不同治疗后:①对照1组、对照2组神经生长因子(NGF)含量较研究组低,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、血浆P物质(血浆SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平均较研究组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②对照1组、对照2组JOY下腰痛分数比研究组低,而McGill简化量表评分则比研究组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③对照1组、对照2组世界卫生组织生活质量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中各维度评分均比研究组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经取穴推拿手法结合圆利针法治疗可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者血清指标,缓解疼痛症状,并改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective: To analyze the effects of acupressure along meridian manipulation combined with round sharp needle acupuncture on serum index, pain situation and quality of life in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Ninety-nine cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation hospitalized from Jul, 2015 to Dec, 2016 were selected and divided into three groups according to the different treatment measures, 33 cases in each group. Control group 1 was treated with round sharp needle acupuncture, control group 2 was treated with acupressure along meridian manipulation, while research group was treated with acupressure along meridian manipulation combined with round sharp needle acupuncture, the serum index, pain situation and quality of life of three groups were observed. Results: After treatment, ①For control group 1 and 2, the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF) were lower than that of research group, while the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1(IL-1), substance(SP) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) were higher than that of research group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);②Compared with research group, The JOY score in control group 1 and 2 was lower(P<0.05) and short-form of McGill pain question(SF-MPQ) score in control group 1 and 2 was lower(P<0.05);③The dimension score of World Health Organization quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF) in control group 1 and 2 were lower than that of research group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupressure along meridian manipulation combined with round sharp needle acupuncture in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation could regulate serum index, relive pain situation and improve quality of life, which is worthy of popularizing.
