手足综合征属于中医"痹证"范畴,临床多辨证为营卫不和、筋脉失养、络脉瘀阻。黄芪桂枝五物汤是《金匮要略》中治疗血痹的经典方,临床在手足综合征、糖尿病周围神经病变、神经根型颈椎病、中风后遗症等方面疗效显著。手足综合征临床发生率较高,主要发生在含奥沙利铂、卡培他滨化疗方案,在其他化疗方案、靶向治疗方案中也有发生,临床对于不同原因引起的手足综合征可辨证使用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减,提高患者的生活质量。

Hand-foot syndrome belongs to the category of’bi syndrome’of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical syndrome differentiation is the disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi,tendon and vessel malnutrition,and obstruction of collaterals.The Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is the classic method for treating blood stasis in the Jingui Yaolue.Clinically,it has significant effects in hand-foot syndrome,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and stroke sequelae.The clinical incidence of hand-foot syndrome is high,mainly in the chemotherapy regimen containing oxaliplatin and capecitabine,but it also occurred in other chemotherapy regimens and targeted therapeutic regimens.Clinically,the syndrome of hand-foot syndrome caused by different causes,can be treated by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction to improve the quality of life of patients.
