刘亚娴临床“善思”之我得

Clinical perception of LIU Ya-xian's 'Shansi'

刘亚娴教授为首届全国名中医,全国师带徒中医药专家。在中医学术传承上,他强调"善思",即思维要活。临证中重视"为学之道,必本于思"的理念;治病讲求"以意调之";要"于无形处,用心思虑";临证中能够发现"独处藏奸"。笔者现总结跟师所学"善思"点滴体会,并就临床所见,以"善思"为指导,摘介"升降散""三仁汤"及自拟"甲乙煎"的临床验案以证之。

Professor LIU Ya-xian is the first famous Chinese medicine and the handing-down teacher in China.In the academic inheritance of Chinese medicine,he lays emphasis on’Shansi’,means’the thinking need to be flexible’.In clinic,the concept of’the way of learning is from the essence of thinking’is emphasized,and the treatment of illness is called’mediation by your mind’,to’be in the invisible place,to think carefully’,and to be able to find’hiding the trick in special places’.The author now summarizes what I have learned about’Shansi’from my teacher,and guided by it in clinical practice.I will introduce the clinical cases of’Shengjiang Powder’’Sanren Decoction’and’Jiayi Decoction’to prove it.
