温阳药在硬皮病辨证施治中的应用

Clinical application of warming yang drugs on treatment based on syndrome differentiation of scleroderma

基于阳气在人体中的重要性,文章从中医辨证论治理论出发,探讨温阳类药物在硬皮病治疗中的作用。中医认为硬皮病属于本虚标实,本虚者多为肾阳亏虚、脾肺不足,标实者以寒凝、瘀血为多见。文章从温阳类药物角度出发,探讨肾阳亏虚,温阳药温之;脾肺不足,温阳药补之;寒邪侵袭,温阳药煦之;脉络瘀阻,温阳药通之。以期中医药在临证治疗硬皮病方面,取得良好的疗效。

Based on the importance of yang qi in human body,the role of warming yang drugs in the treatment of scleroderma was discussed based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.Scleroderma is characterized by yang deficiency which is focused on deficiency of kidney yang and deficiency of lung and spleen,while excess in manifestation is focused on coagulated cold and blood stasis.This article from the perspective of warming yang drugs to explore when kidney yang deficiency,insufficiency of spleen and lung,invasion of cold pathogen and obstruction of channel and collateral,warming yang drugs can play a role.In order to make Chinese medicine in the treatment of systemic sclerosis to achieved good results.
