人类免疫缺陷病毒相关失眠症的中医证治初探

Treatment of HIV related insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine

随着抗病毒治疗的普及,艾滋病已经转化为一种需要长期治疗的慢性传染性疾病。由于艾滋病临床表现较复杂,一些非特异性临床表现容易被医生所忽视,例如,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)相关失眠症是HIV感染者早期最主要的症状之一,出现于很多HIV相关的疾病中和HIV感染的各个疾病阶段。HIV相关失眠症患病率可能会高于普通人群失眠症患病率的10%～40%。HIV相关失眠症的发病病因及机制至今尚未阐明。文章对本症的流行病学特点、中医病因病机、诊治及疗效评价方法进行了探讨,对后续研究具有指导意义。

With the spreading of antiviral therapy,AIDS has become a chronic infectious disease requiring long-term treatment.Due to the complex clinical manifestations of AIDS,some non-specific clinical manifestations are easy to be ignored by doctors.For example,HIV-related insomnia is one of the most important early symptoms of HIV infection,which occurs in many HIV-related diseases and various stages of HIV infection.The prevalence of HIV-related insomnia may be higher than10%to 40%of the prevalence of insomnia in the general population,but the etiology and mechanism of HIV-associated insomnia have not been elucidated.This article discusses the HIV-related insomnia on the epidemiological characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,diagnosis and treatment,and efficacy evaluation methods of this disease,which would be important for the research of HIV-related insomnia in the future.
