Discussion on YU Gen-chu's reconciliation method

张仲景《伤寒论》以小柴胡汤为代表,开创了伤寒"和解少阳"理论与实践的先河。清代医家俞根初提倡"寒温一统论",将伤寒与温病相贯通,扩展了张仲景和解少阳法的适用范围。文章基于俞根初"六经形层"与"六经分主三焦之部分"说,及其六经"标本中气"辨证与三焦辨证理论,解析和解表里法、和解三焦法及和解胆经法等,以揭示俞根初和解少阳法的理论及应用特点。

ZHANG Zhong-jing’s Shanghan Lun,represented by Xiaochaihu Decoction,pioneered the theory and practice of’reconciling shaoyang formula’.YU Gen-chu,a doctor in the Qing dynasty,advocated the unification of cold and temperature,and connected shanghan with febrile diseases.The scope of application of the reconciliation of shaoyang formula was greatly expanded.Based on YU Gen-chu’s theory of’six channels form layer’and’six channels dominant main parts of sanjiao’,and syndrome differentiation of manifestation and sanjiao theory,this paper analyses and interprets the methods of reconciling superficies and interior,reconciling sanjiao and gallbladder channel,so as to reveal the theoretical and applied characteristics of YU Gen-chu’s method of reconciling shaoyang.
