基于《黄帝内经》“时立气布”思想的暑邪理论探析

Study on the theory of summer heat based on the thought of 'air flow over time' in the Huangdi Neijing

《黄帝内经》"时立气布"的思想,对于"六淫"理论的构建具有重要意义,是产生"六气"及其各自相应特性的根本原因。文章立足于中医学"气本体论"的基础之上,从《黄帝内经》"时立气布"思想的解读入手,阐发其思想内涵及节律性特点,彰示其对于"六淫"理论构建的重要意义;进而对于"六淫"中"暑"的实质内涵进行研究,解读其相关性质与致病特点,分析暑病的证治规律,并对暑邪理论中诸如暑多兼湿的原因、六淫中"暑"与"火"的异同、如何理解《黄帝内经》以"夏至"为节点区分"病温""病暑"?暑无内暑的说法是否正确?历史上两种完全不同的清暑益气汤该如何评价,对暑病的治疗法则有何启示等相关问题进行解答,以期为"暑"理论的拓展应用及"暑"病的临证辨治提供帮助。

The thought of‘air flow over time’is of great significance to the construction of the theory of‘the six evils’,and it is the root cause of‘six gases’and their respective characteristics.This article was based on the traditional Chinese medicine‘qi Ontology’foundation,and it started with the interpretation of the thought of‘air flow over time’in the Huangdi Neijing,expounding its ideological connotation and rhythmic characteristics,prominent its significance to the construction of the theory of‘six lewdness’.Then it makes a study on the essence of‘summer heat’in the theory of‘the six evils’,explains its related properties and pathogenicity,analysis of therapeutic regularity of summer heat disease.And it solves the reason of summertime and dampness,similarities and differences between‘summer’and‘fire’.How to understand the distinguish‘sick temperature’and‘sick heat’with‘the summer solstice’as the node?Is it correct to say that the heat can’t happen from the inside?How to evaluate two completely different kinds of Qingshu Yiqi Decoction in history,what are the implications for the treatment of summer heat and so on?This article aimed to provide help for the extended application of the theory of‘summer heat’and the clinical treatment of‘summer heat’disease.
