摘要 在国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目腧穴配伍优选及效应影响因素的研究基础上,973首席科学家王之虹教授提出了"三维时空同功穴配伍理论体系"的构想方案,为腧穴功能及配伍基础理论研究提出宏观、严谨的思路和方法,也为将来腧穴功能及配伍理论研究、临床应用研究和实验研究奠定了理论基础。该理论体系的构建将有益于丰富经络腧穴理论,并为针灸推拿临床医生提供系统化的腧穴优选方案。本文就"三维时空同功穴配伍理论体系"的构想框架做一系统概述。 On the basis of the research on the optimization of acupoint compatibility and the influencing factors of its effect in the National Key Basic Research Program of China(973 Program),professor WANG Zhi-hong,the chief scientist of973,put forward the conceptual scheme of‘three-dimensional space-time compatibility theory system of acupoints with the same merit’.It provided a macroscopic and rigorous way of thinking and method for the research of acupoint function and compatibility basic theory,and also for the future acupoint function and compatibility theory.Research,clinical application,and experimental research laid a theoretical foundation.The construction of this theoretical system will be beneficial to enrich the meridian acupoint theory and provided a systematic acupoint selection scheme for clinicians of acupuncture and massage.This paper summarized a systematic overview of the conceptual framework of‘three-dimensional space-time compatibility theory system with meritorious acupoints’.
