《伤寒杂病论》杏仁析疑

Brief analysis of Semen Armeniacae Amarum in Shanghan Zabing Lun

文章归纳杏仁在《伤寒杂病论》中的用法。在治疗外感病时,麻黄杏仁联合使用,根据病位、病性的不同而灵活配伍剂量、比例和佐使药;在内伤杂病中,则主要利用杏仁降气且富含油质、质地滋润,通滋并用;在外邪闭表和邪食中阻导致的急性危重证的抢救时寓含"大气一转,其气乃散"的思想;在局部用药方面,杏仁具有良好的杀虫敛疮作用,可单独或配伍使用。

Abstrac:This paper summarized the usage of Semen Armeniacae Amarum in the Shanghan Zabing Lun.In the treatment of exogenous febrile disease,Herba Ephedrae and Semen Armeniacae Amarum were usually concomitant used,the compatibility was adjusted according to the difference of the location and nature of disease;in the miscellaneous disease,Semen Armeniacae Amarum was mainly used for descending qi and clearing intestine;in the treatment of acute and critical syndrome caused by external pathogen closure and obstruction of evil food,the use of almond revealed that‘when the air in human body turns,air dispersed’;in terms of topical medication,Semen Armeniacae Amarum had good insecticidal and sore-astringent effects and can be used alone or in combination.
