中医名词多义与层次性浅析

Analysis of polysemy and gradation of TCM terms

随着中医药的不断发展,其在国内外的认知度不断提高,而在传播交流过程中,我们会发现一些认知偏差,导致中医误读。笔者认为原因之一即中医名词的多义性及层次性,所以文章通过整理相关文献,选取气、阴、血、毒等中医名词,对其背后的含义进行分层次缕析,认为词汇的多义性及思维方式差异导致了中医误读,提示中医基础理论在中医传播中的重要地位。

With the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine,its awareness at home and abroad is constantly improving.In the process of spreading and communication,we will find some cognitive biases,leading to misunderstanding of Chinese medicine.The author of the article believes that one of the reasons is the polysemy and gradation of TCM terms.Righteousness and hierarchy,so the article sorts out related literatures,selects Chinese medicine terms such as qi,yin,blood,poison,etc.,and analyzes the meaning behind it.It is considered that the ambiguity of vocabulary and the difference in thinking style lead to Chinese medicine misunderstanding,which suggest the important position of basic theory of Chinese medicine in the spread of Chinese medicine.
