中医临床心身治疗模式的构建

Construction of clinical psychosomatic medical treatment mode in traditional Chinese medicine

心理因素与躯体疾病之间的关联是目前医学界研究的一个热点问题,而心身医学也是当前越来越受到重视的一个临床分支学科。在人们更为重视躯体和心理整体健康的年代,仅仅进行躯体疾病的治疗是远远不够的,中医学也应紧跟时代的步伐,建立一种具有中医特色的心身治疗模式。故文章从中医学对心身医学的认识入手,提出中医临床心身治疗模式的构建基础和思路,初步形成了一种较为实用的模式雏形,并从中领悟临床人文关怀在医患沟通中起到的重要作用,建立一个良好的医疗环境乃是医患双方互惠互利、合作共赢的根本所在。

The relationship between psychological factors and somatic diseases is a hot topic in the medical field,and psychosomatic medicine is a clinical branch subject which has been paid more and more attention.In the era when people pay more attention to the overall health of body and mind,it is not enough to treat body diseases alone.TCM should keep pace with the times and establish a psychosomatic treatment model with TCM characteristics.Therefore,starting from the understanding of psychosomatic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine,the author puts forward the basis and ideas for the construction of clinical psychosomatic treatment model of traditional Chinese medicine,initially forms a more practical prototype of model,and understands the important role of clinical humanistic care in the communication between doctors and patients.The establishment of a good medical environment is the fundamental for mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between doctors and patients.
