病机十九条以病理因素为主导的病机架构模式探微——国医大师周仲瑛病机辨治体系探源

Exploration of the pathological models dominated by pathological factors in the nineteen provisions for pathogenesis: Tracing back to the source of TCM master ZHOU Zhong-ying’s pathogenesis-based diagnosis and treatment system

文章在病机十九条讨论范畴分析的基础上,提出病机十九条中,实际隐含了以病理因素为先导、五脏病机为内核的层次架构模式,以及以病理因素为主体、病理因素转化与相兼的关系架构模式,以期为进一步理解病机十九条的病机架构,探讨周仲瑛教授病机辨治体系构建方法提供支撑。

Based on the analysis of’the nineteen provisions for pathogenesis’,this paper proposes that there is a hierarchical structure with the pathological factors as the entry point and the five visceral pathogenesis as the kernel,and a relational structure with the pathological factors as the primary point and with the transformation and complexion of the factors as the advanced points which hidden in the provisions but important for guiding for their application,in order to provide supports for further understanding of’the nineteen provisions for pathogenesis’,and for exploring the construction method of pathogenesisbased diagnosis and treatment system of professor ZHOU Zhong-ying.
