新安医家余国珮“燥湿为纲”学术思想探析

Analysis on the academic thought of ’dispelling dampness as the key link’ of Xin’an physician YU Guo-pei

清代新安医家余国珮集前贤诸家之长结合自身临床实践经验,发前医之未备,补前贤所未及,首创'燥湿为纲'学说,法简理赅,融会贯通。文章阐述了余国珮'燥湿为纲'学说的理论渊源以及与中医四诊的联系,并归纳分析了其在外感病、内伤病、外科以及妇科中的指导意义,以期对现代临床辨治起到借鉴和启发作用。

In Qing dynasty,Xin’an medicine doctor YU Guo-pei gathered the merits of the forerunners along with his own clinical experience,replenish and perfect the predecessor’s cognition to initiate the theory of’dispelling dampness as the key link’,the law of which is simple,reasonable and comprehensive.This article aimed at discussing the theoretical sources of this theory and its connection with four diagnostic methods,and analyzing the guiding significance in exogenous diseases,internal damage,surgical diseases and gynecology,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment and diagnosis.
