Summary of experience of WANG Yan-hui in treating influenza

流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的严重危害人类健康的一种急性病毒性呼吸道传染病。文章总结了王彦晖教授治疗流行性感冒的临床经验。王教授基于中西医理论来认识病因病机,以卫气营血体系为主要辨证方法,大胆投用重剂以截断病势,注重症状和舌脉象的及时反馈以调整用药,并用3则典型病案展示王教授治疗流行性感冒的思想。

Influenza is an acute viral respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus,which seriously endangers human healthy.This paper summarized professor WANG Yan-hui’s clinical experiences in the treatment of influenza.Professor WANG takes an understanding of pathogenesis and cause of disease based on the theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the main syndrome differentiation method is to apply the defense-qi-construction and blood pattern identification,and he is bold to use heavy agent to cut off the disease one day,focusing on the timely feedback of symptoms and tongue and pulse to adjust the medication.Finally,three typical cases are introduced to show professor WANG’s idea of treating influenza.
