四维辨治的提出,对于提高中医辨治水平、拓展辨治思路具有重要意义。目前总在一味强调辨证论治,事实上《黄帝内经》不仅重视辨证论治,也同样重视辨病论治、审因论治与对症治疗,开辨病、审因、对症、辨证四维辨治之宗。辨病论治、审因论治、对症治疗、辨证论治都是中医学的重要辨治模式,各自的作用也是不可替代的。亟须突破多年形成的单一的辨证论治惯性思维,全面继承、弘扬与发展四维辨治思想,让经典与临床对接,让现代科技与中医诊疗对接,拓宽一条立体的中医诊疗发展之路。

The treatment based on syndrome differentiation in four dimensions is of great significance for improving the level and expanding the thought of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.At present,it always emphasizes treatment based on syndrome differentiation.In fact,the Huangdi Neijing not only emphasizes treatment based on syndrome differentiation,but also emphasizes treatment based on disease differentiation,treatment based on cause of disease and symptomatic treatment.It first proposed the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in four dimensions including disease differentiation,cause of disease,symptomatic treatment and syndrome differentiation.Treatment based on disease differentiation,treatment based on cause of disease,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment are all important patterns of differentiation and treatment of TCM,and their respective roles are irreplaceable.It is imperative to break through the single inertia thinking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation formed over the years,inherit,carry forward and develop the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in four dimensions in an all-round way,make classics and clinical docking,make modern science and technology docking with TCM,and broaden a three-dimensional academic development road.
