Health management of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a whole-process and continuous service with state as its core.Its process includes followings.Firstly,a standardized health file of TCM is established,which collects health information from macro,meso and micro levels.With the help of corresponding model algorithm,TCM state can be described,distinguished and identified;Then,according to the results of state identification and risk alert,corresponding self-help or otherhelp intervention schemes are given;Finally,efficacy evaluation and feedback are carried out according to the changes of state before and after intervention.Therefore,the key to TCM health management lies in the overall,dynamic and personalized grasp of the state.The methods include archiving,information collection,status identification,risk early warning,adjustment intervention,effect evaluation and feedback.Meanwhile,relevant research also provides technical support for TCM health management services.
