基于代谢组学的中医血瘀证研究概述

Overview of research on blood stasis syndrome in TCM using metabolomics

血瘀证是中医学特有概念,临床中血瘀证所涵盖疾病种类广泛,现代科学方法对中医学血瘀证的研究也在不断深入。近年来,开展中医血瘀证证候代谢组学的研究已得到广泛关注。文章通过对近年来中医血瘀证候代谢组学实验研究和临床研究文献进行梳理和分析,总结归纳代谢组学在中医血瘀证动物模型、血瘀证'证本质'和血瘀证中药治疗方面研究中的进展,为中医血瘀证证候的进一步客观化研究提供参考。

Blood stasis syndrome is a special concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which covers a wide range of diseases.The research on blood stasis syndrome in TCM by modern scientific methods is also deepening.In recent years,researches on metabolomics of syndrome of blood stasis syndrome in TCM has drawn extensive attention.Through combing and analyzing the metabolomics experimental and clinical research literatures of TCM syndrome of blood stasis in recent years,this paper summarizes that metabolomics in the animal model of blood stasis syndrome in TCM,syndrome differentiation of blood stasis syndrome in TCM and treatment to blood stasis syndrome in TCM.The progress of the study provides a reference for the further objective study of TCM syndrome of blood stasis syndrome.
