我国传统音乐疗法的追本溯源

Tracing to the source of Chinese traditional music therapy

我国的音乐疗法具有两千多年的历史,是中医学的社会科学特性和中医学理论体系中整体观念的具体体现,是中医诊疗的重要组成部分。最早把音乐作为治疗方法的记载见于《吕氏春秋·古乐篇》。我国中医典籍《黄帝内经》首次提出五音疗疾理论,奠定了我国传统音乐疗法的理论基础,构建了我国传统音乐疗法理论的基本框架。后代医家对其不断补充与发展,并将其广泛应用于临床治疗实践。文章系统整理了我国传统音乐疗法的相关文献,总结并归纳了其理论基础和临床应用,探讨了其研究价值与方向,以为今后其理论和临床方面的研究提供了依据。

The music therapy in China has a history of thousands of years.It is the embodiment of the social science characteristics and the concept of the holism theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.It is also an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The earliest use of music as a method of diagnosis and treatment was recorded in LYUs’Spring and Autumn Annals·Ancient Music.The classics of the TCM,Huangdi Neijing,which firstly presented the Five elements music theory which laid the theoretical foundation of traditional music therapy in China and constructed the basic framework of traditional music therapy in China.Later,it was continuously supplemented,developed and applied widely in clinical practice by the medical experts.This article systematically summarized the related literature of traditional music therapy in China,summarized its theoretical basis and clinical applications,then discussed its research value and directions,which provided the basis for later theoretical and clinical research.
