扶正解毒化瘀方拆方的体外抑菌作用及其对抗生素体外抑制多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌作用的研究

Study on bacteriostasis of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction separated prescriptions and effects on antibiotics inhibition of multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro

目的:观察扶正解毒化瘀方拆方含药血清的抑菌作用及其对4种抗生素体外抑制多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MDRPA)作用的影响。方法:将该方拆分为4组,即扶正组、解毒组、化瘀组、化痰组,使用微量稀释法检测拆方血清对4种抗生素体外抑制MDRPA的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)影响。结果:空白血清及含药血清对MDRPA无显著抑菌作用;但在较高浓度下,即扶正组、解毒组、化痰组占体系≥20%、化瘀组≥15%,具有较弱的抑菌作用。解毒组、化痰组血清能降低哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠对MDRPA的MIC值,从512μg/mL降至256μg/mL;解毒组血清能降低亚胺培南西司他丁钠对MDRPA的MIC值,从8μg/mL降至4μg/mL。结论:扶正解毒化瘀方拆方血清在高浓度时具有弱抑菌作用,解毒组血清能一定程度恢复哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠和亚胺培南西司他丁钠对MDRPA的敏感性,化痰组血清能一定程度恢复哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠对MDRPA的敏感性。

Objective:To observe the bacteriostasic activity of medicated serum of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction separated prescription and its effects of multi-drug resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa(MDRPA)in vitro by four different kinds of antibiotics.Methods:Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction was separated into four groups:Fuzheng group,Jiedu group,Huayu group,and Huatan group.Microdilution method was used to detect the effect of the medicated serum on the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of four antibiotics in vitro inhibiting MDRPA.Results:The blank serum and medicated serum had no significant inhibitory effect on MDRPA.However,at higher concentrations,the Fuzheng group,Jiedu group,and Huatan group accounted for more than 20%of the system,and Huayu group accounted for more than 15%were found to have a weak antibacterial effect.Medicated serum of Jiedu and Huatan group could reduce the MIC of piperacillin tazobactam to MDRPA,which was reduced from 512μg/mL to 256μg/mL;medicated serum of Jiedu group could reduce the MIC of Tienam to MDRPA,that was from 8μg/mL to 4μg/mL.Conclusion:Medicated serum of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Decoction separated prescriptions has a weak bacteriostatic effect at a high concentration.The medicated serum of Jiedu group can restore the sensitivity of piperacillin tazobactam and Tienam to MDRPA,while the medicated serum of Huatan group can,to a certain extent,restore the sensitivity of piperacillin tazobactam to MDRPA.
