五形人体形类型与抗精神病药致锥体外系反应的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between five elements people of body type and extrapyramidal symptoms induced by antipsychotic drugs

目的:研究五形人体形类型与抗精神病药致锥体外系反应的关系。方法:选取首都医科大学附属北京安定医院住院患者作为研究对象,住院治疗过程中发生锥体外系不良反应的精神病患者119例为不良反应组,应用等效剂量药物治疗未发生锥体外系不良反应的精神病患者114例,为无不良反应组,采用自拟五形人体形量表进行体形判定,锥体外系副反应量表(RSESE)进行锥体外系反应的严重程度评定。结果:无不良反应组与不良反应组之间不同体形间总体分布上有显著性差异(χ~2=16.55,P<0.01);木形之人在不良反应组中的分布明显多于在无不良反应组中的分布(χ~2=9.28,P<0.01);不良反应组5种不同体形的RSESE得分之间有显著性差异(F=2.94,P<0.05);无不良反应组5种不同体形的RSESE得分之间无显著性差异。不良反应组中木形之人的RSESE得分均值明显高于土形之人、火形之人的RSESE得分(P<0.05)。结论:木形之人更容易出现锥体外系反应,且出现锥体外系反应后严重程度最高。

Objective:To study the relationship between five elements people of body type and extrapyramidal symptoms induced by antipsychotic drugs.Methods:The patients of Beijing Anding Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected as research objects.They were divided into adverse drug reaction(ADR)group and No-ADR group.A total of 119 cases who had extrapyramidal symptoms induced by antipsychotic drugs were as ADR group,114 cases who were treated with equivalent dose of antipsychotics and had no extrapyramidal symptoms induced by antipsychotic drugs were as No-ADR group.Self-designed Five Elements People scale was used to carry out the body type.Rating Scale for Extrapyramidal Side Effects was used to assess the severity of extrapyramidal symptoms induced by antipsychotic drugs.Results:There was difference between ADR group and NoADR group in the distribution of body type(χ~2=16.55,P<0.01).The incidence rate of the wood type of people in ADR group was greater than that in No-ADR group(χ~2=9.28,P<0.01).RSESE score of five body type of five elements people in the ADR group displayed statistical difference(F=2.94,P<0.05).RSESE score of five body type of five elements people in the No-ADR group didn’t display statistical difference.RSESE score of the wood type of people was greater than the earth type of people and the fire type of people(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wood type of people are more likely to have extrapyramidal symptoms.Extrapyramidal symptoms of the wood type of people are the most serious in the five elements people.
