乌梅丸加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of modified Wumei Pill combined with Adapalene Gel for the treatment of acne in upper heat and lower cold type

目的:观察乌梅丸加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲、双模拟和对照研究方法。入选病例118例,可评价疗效和安全性病例110例。对照组采用米诺环素胶囊和乌梅丸模拟颗粒口服;治疗组采用乌梅丸加减颗粒和米诺环素模拟胶囊口服;两组均外涂阿达帕林凝胶,疗程6周。于用药3个月后观察疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率为94.7%、对照组临床有效率为88.7%,两组比较疗效相当;兼症变化方面,治疗组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论:乌梅丸加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮临床疗效高,安全可靠,复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of modified Wumei Pill combined with Adapalene Gel for the treatment of acne in upper heat and lower cold type.Methods:Random,double blind,double simulated and control methods were used.Control group:minocycline hydrochloride capsule and Wumei Pills simulated granules oral and treatment group:modified Wumei Pill granule and minocycline simulated capsule oral,two groups were treated for 6 weeks with Adapalene Gel.The curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence were observed after 3 months of medication.Results:A total of 118 cases were selected,and 110 cases could be evaluated for efficacy and safety.After the observation,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7%,and that of the control group was 88.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups.In the facultative change,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group has no significant difference with the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of modified Wumei Pill combined with Adapalene Gel for the treatment of acne in upper heat and lower cold type was high,safe and reliable,with low recurrence rate.It was worthy of popularization and application.
