Discussion on micro syndrome differentiation on TCM clinical

微观辨证,即用微观指标来认识与辨别证。微观指标在微观辨证中起着重要作用:①判断机体已病或未病;②辅助辨病辨证;③将微观指标纳入中医证候的命名;④促进微观辨证独特的方证相应体系形成;⑤指导疗效评价与病后防复;⑥探索中医证候与微观指标间的规律。但微观辨证存在局限性,微观指标亦具有片面性,如何将微观指标与整体结合,整体怎样微观化,如何多指标动态合参等,这些问题还需进一步研究。

Micro syndrome differentiation,that is,to recognize and discriminate evidence with micro indexes.Micro indexes play important roles in micro differentiation.The first is judging whether the body is ill or not.The second is assisting syndrome differentiation.The third is incorporating micro indexes into the naming of TCM syndrome.The fourth is promoting the formation of corresponding system of formula and syndrome of micro syndrome differentiation.The fifth is guiding the efficacy evaluation and disease prevention and rehabilitation.The sixth is exploring the law of TCM syndrome and micro index.However,there are limitations in micro syndrome differentiation,and micro indexes are also one-sided.How to combine micro indexes with whole,how does the whole become micro,how to use many indexes and their dynamic to differentiation syndrome,all these problems need to be further studied.
