中医健康管理参与慢病管理的原则

Principles of chronic disease management in TCM health management

慢性疾病在人类的疾病与健康问题中占据重要比例,以整体观念为指导、立足于'治未病'思想的中医健康管理在慢性疾病的管理中具有重要作用。文章认为,慢性疾病的中医健康管理要做到以下五点原则:①以家庭为单位,坚持以人为本;②以系统为立足,坚持整体观念;③以状态为核心,坚持动态分析;④以'互联网+'为媒介,坚持双线结合;⑤以健康为中心,坚持全程跟踪。

Chronic diseases occupy an important proportion in the human disease and health problems.To the concept of holism as a guide,and based on the concept of preventive treatment of disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management in the management of chronic diseases has an important role.This paper argued that chronic disease of TCM health management to do the following five principles:①family based,adhere to the people-oriented;②based on the system,adhere to the concept of holism;③the state as the core,adhere to the dynamic analysis;④to‘internet plus’as the medium,adhere to online and offline combination;⑤to health as the center,adhere to the whole track.
