阴阳、五行作为中医理论的基础,自中医由经验医学向理论医学过渡之始,就进入了中医理论体系,自此与中医的发展相互影响、相互促进。春秋战国之际,出于对天地的崇拜而兴起的'天地阴阳''天六地五'以及'三材'之学,是在天地阴阳主导下的阴阳、五行结合的雏形,也是中医理论形成之初的文化基础。文章旨在梳理天地思维下的阴阳、五行观念及其存在状态,并进一步论述由此而构建的中医理论体系。

Yin and yang and the five elements are the basis of TCM theory,from the beginning of the transition of TCM from empirical medicine to theoretical medicine.It entered the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.Since then,it has influenced and promoted the development of TCM.It is the embryonic form of the combination of yin and yang and the five elements under the dominance of yin and yang in heaven and earth,and it is also the cultural foundation for the formation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine from yin and yang of heaven and earth,sky six and five earth,three materials emerged from the worship of heaven and earth during the spring and autumn period and warring states period.This paper aimed at sorting out the concepts of yin and yang,five elements and their existing state under the thinking of heaven and earth,and further discussing the theoretical system of TCM constructed from this.
