从“关脉如豆”论治肿瘤

Treatment of tumors from the perspective of ‘Guanmai Rudou’

脉象特点往往能反映疾病的关键病因病机。肿瘤患者常出现关脉如豆的脉象特点,即中医脉学中的'动脉'。此脉据古籍记载主痛、热、脱血、崩汗、惊狂、亡精等。文章根据古今医家对寸口脉的寸、关、尺部所主病位的论述,认为这种异常脉象提示肿瘤患者脾胃虚弱,并由此导致了气机升降及气血生化的失常,进而出现痰、湿、瘀、毒等病理产物,另外脾胃主运化水谷,脾胃虚弱则水谷不化郁而化热,耗伤阴津。因此祛除病理产物治标的同时,必须考虑治本,即清热养阴和固护脾胃。

Pulse characteristics can reflect the key etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.Tumor patients often have the characteristics of pulse like beans,which is the‘Dong Mai’in traditional Chinese medicine pulse science.According to ancient books,this pulse means pain,fever,bleeding,sweating,panic,spermatozoa,and so on.Based on the discussion of the main location of cunkou pulse in cun,guan and ulna by ancient and modern physicians,this abnormal pulse indicates that the spleen and stomach of cancer patients are weak,which leads to the rise and fall of qi and blood biochemical abnormalities,and then the pathological products such as phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,poison,etc.In addition,the spleen and stomach dominate the transport of water valley,and the weakness of spleen and stomach leads to the transformation of depression and heat and the depletion of yin and jin.Therefore,while removing the pathological products,we must consider the root of treatment,that is,clearing away heat and nourishing yin and strengthening the spleen and stomach.
