基于无机元素谱的白茅根药材质量特征研究 被引量:9

Determination and quality assessment of inorganic elements fingerprint on Imperatae Rhizoma

摘要 目的:建立不同产地白茅根药材无机元素谱,并结合微量元素组学的思路对不同品质药材样本中26种无机元素的含量进行比较分析。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定无机元素的量,绘制出无机元素谱,并用SPSS16.0、MVSP软件对数据进行主成分分析。结果:元素Hg、Al、Cr的量较高,表明有害金属元素的量应引起关注;从整体看不同产地白茅根药材中各元素呈相似的分布态势,表明所建立的无机元素谱具有一定的特征性,并可将易混淆品芦根及伪品与白茅根正品药材区分开,故可作为鉴定白茅根药材的参考依据;通过主成分分析,比较不同样品中无机元素含量的差异,筛选出Cu、Fe、V、Al、Tl、Pb、Rb、Mn、Hg是白茅根药材的特征无机元素。结论:通过建立白茅根药材无机元素谱,同时分析各元素的含量,结合统计学方法,揭示正品白茅根与易混淆品及伪品间质量差异,为全面控制其质量提供新的依据。 Objective:To establish a method of simultaneous analysis on the 26 metal elements in Imperatae Rhizoma using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and to explore the character of inorganic elements in Imperatae Rhizoma from different producing areas.Methods:The sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-MS after microwave digestion.The inorganic elements fingerprint was draw.The data of principal components and cluster were analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 and MVSP software.Results:The content of Hg,Al,Cr were higher,the amount of harmful metal elements should be concern.The inorganic elements in Imperatae Rhizoma from different areas displayed similar element spectrum.It was observed that the content of elements in the samples showed species variation.By principal component analysis,the difference of content in different producing aresas were found,Cu,Fe,V,Al,TL,Pb,Rb,Mn,and Hg may be the characteristic elements in Imperatae Rhizoma.Conclusion:By establishing the spectrum of inorganic elements of Imperatae Rhizoma and analyzing the contents of each element,and combining with statistical methods,the quality differences between genuine and confusing and counterfeit medicines are revealed,which provides a new basis for the comprehensive control of their quality.
